The Adventure (Our Story)

Back in 2008, three kids were hanging out in Boise, ID, when one of them said "we should take a giant trip around the country someday." At ages 15, 13, and 12, Noah Childs, Andrew Seidlitz, and Bowen Childs decided to do just that. They planned a route on a map and discussed various plans, but the plans--as well as the map--were put on the shelf for a few years as both families moved to different states. The good friends kept in touch, though, and as all three began working and Andrew started college, they started planning and saving money for a summer road trip of epic proportions, not unlike the one they planned six years ago...

Today, our plans have turned into reality. While our original route has been modified slightly, we will be seeing most of the sites we planned to see when we originally planned the trip. Beginning on May 30, 2015, we will hop into Andrew's 2007 Kia Optima and will spend over 2 months on the road. We will do a loop route around the United States starting and ending in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We will camp out as much as possible. Here's some quick info on our plans:
